1. Introduction.

("Style Crest"). These Terms of Service, along with any additional terms and conditions that are referenced herein or that are presented elsewhere on the Site in relation to a specific service or feature (collectively “Terms of Service”) and the WildSide Privacy Policy, set forth the terms and conditions that apply to your use of WildSidecamo.com. WildSidecamo.com may contain comments sections, discussion forums, bulletin boards, or other interactive features ("Interactive Areas”) in which you may post or upload comments or user-generated content such as video, photos, messages, other materials or items (collectively, “User Content"). You are solely responsible for your use of any Interactive Areas and you use them at your own risk. By submitting User Content to an Interactive Area, you represent that you are 13 years of age or older and, if you are under the age of 18, you either are an emancipated minor, or have obtained the legal consent of your parent or legal guardian to enter into these Terms of Service, submit content, participate on WildSidecamo.com, and fulfill the obligations set forth in these Terms of Service, which forms a binding contract between you and WILDSIDE.
(B) Community Guidelines. If you submit any User Content or participate in an Interactive Area within or in connection with WildSidecamo.com, you agree to abide by the following rules of conduct:

- You agree not to upload, post or otherwise transmit, without WILDSIDE's express prior approval, User Content which contains advertising or any solicitation with respect to products or services;
- You agree not to upload, post or otherwise transmit User Content that does not generally pertain to the designated topic or theme of any Interactive Area;
- You agree not to impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, any WILDSIDE employee, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
- You agree not to interfere with any other user's right to privacy, including by harvesting or collecting personally-identifiable information about WildSidecamo.com users or posting private information about a third party;
- You agree not to upload, post or otherwise transmit any User Content, software or other materials which contain a virus or other harmful or disruptive component;
- You agree not to interfere with or disrupt WildSidecamo.com or the servers or networks connected to the Site, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Site;
- You agree not to upload, post, e-mail or otherwise transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation;
- You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit for any commercial purpose, any portion of WildSidecamo.com, use of WildSidecamo.com, or access to WildSidecamo.com;
- You agree not to upload, post, or otherwise transmit any User Content protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, right of publicity or other proprietary right without the express permission of the owner of such copyright, trademark, trade secret, right of publicity or other proprietary right. The burden of determining that any User Content is not protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, right of publicity or other proprietary right rests with you. You shall be solely liable for any damage resulting from any infringement of copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, rights of publicity or other proprietary rights or any other harm resulting from such a submission. Any person determined by WILDSIDE, in its sole discretion, to have violated the intellectual property or other rights of others shall be barred from submitting or posting any further material on WildSidecamo.com;
- You agree that if necessary, you have the consent of each and every identifiable natural person in any submission to use such persons name or likeness in the manner contemplated by WildSidecamo.com;
- Any conduct that in WILDSIDE’s sole discretion restricts or inhibits anyone else from using or enjoying WildSidecamo.com will not be permitted. WILDSIDE reserves the right in its sole discretion to remove or edit User Content by you and to terminate your Account for any reason. WILDSIDE is not responsible for User Content submitted to WildSidecamo.com or posted in comments sections, chat rooms, on bulletin boards or on other Interactive Areas by users of WildSidecamo.com.
(C) Monitoring. WILDSIDE shall have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor User Content posted or uploaded to WildSidecamo.com to determine compliance with these Terms of Service and any operating rules established by WILDSIDE and to satisfy any law, regulation or authorized government request. Although WILDSIDE has no obligation to monitor, screen, edit or remove any of the User Content posted or uploaded to WildSidecamo.com, WILDSIDE reserves the right, and has absolute discretion, to screen, edit, refuse to post or remove without notice any User Content posted or uploaded to WildSidecamo.com at any time and for any reason, and you are solely responsible for creating backup copies of and replacing any User Content posted to the Site at your sole cost and expense.
(D) License to User Content. By submitting User Content to WildSidecamo.com, you automatically grant WILDSIDE and its parent company, Cable News Network, Inc., the royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive right and license to use, publish, reproduce, modify, adapt, edit, translate, create derivative works from, incorporate into other works, distribute, sub-license and otherwise exploit such User Content (in whole or in part) worldwide in any form, media or technology now known or hereafter developed for the full term of any copyright that may exist in such User Content. You warrant that such User Content is accurate and not misleading, and that use and posting or other transmission of such User Content does not violate these Terms of Service and will not violate any rights of or cause injury to any person or entity. You further grant WILDSIDE the right to pursue at law any person or entity that violates your or WILDSIDE's rights in the User Content by a breach of these Terms of Service.
(E) Moral Rights. If it is determined that you retain moral rights (including rights of attribution or integrity) in the User Content, you hereby declare that (a) you do not require that any personally identifying information be used in connection with the User Content, or any derivative works of or upgrades or updates thereto; (b) you have no objection to the publication, use, modification, deletion and exploitation of the User Content by WILDSIDE or its licensees, successors and assigns; (c) you forever waive and agree not to claim or assert any entitlement to any and all moral rights of an author in any of the User Content; and (d) you forever release WILDSIDE, and its licensees, successors and assigns, from any claims that you could otherwise assert against WILDSIDE by virtue of any such moral rights. You also permit any other user to access, view, store or reproduce the User Content for that user's personal use.
(F) User Content submitted by you will be considered non-confidential and WILDSIDE is under no obligation to treat such User Content as proprietary information except pursuant to the Wildside Privacy Policy. Without limiting the foregoing, WILDSIDE reserves the right to use any User Content as it deems appropriate, including, without limitation, deleting, editing, modifying, rejecting, or refusing to post it. WILDSIDE is under no obligation to offer you any payment for User Content that you submit or the opportunity to edit, delete or otherwise modify User Content once it has been submitted to WILDSIDE. Pricing
We offer you consistently low prices on every item on our site. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
You may be able to pay in either the local currency of your card or in USD.
Pre-Order Price Guarantee
WildSide price for not-yet-released items sometimes changes between the time the item is listed for sale and the time it is released and shipped. Whenever you pre-order a product the price we charge when we ship it to you will be the lowest price offered by WildSide between the time you place your order and the release date. The order summary in Your Account will reflect the lowest price within 24 hours of the price change.
If your order enters the shipping process before the release date and the price is lowered on the release date, we will automatically refund your credit card for the difference between the price you were charged and the release-date price. Post-Order Price Match Policy
We do not offer post-order price matching when an item's price drops after you buy it. Our prices regularly change, and the price you paid when your order shipped was the lowest price we were able to offer at the time. Satisfaction Guarantee Details:
Most items we sell are covered for one full year by the WildSide Satisfaction Guarantee. When these products are used for commercial vehicles, the Guarantee is 90 days. There are a handful of exceptions, which are outlined below or on the product description pages. Only the items listed below require that you call or email us first for a return authorization. For any other item, just follow the simple return instructions on your packing slip or print a copy here.
Many of our manufacturer’s also offer generous extended warranties as noted in the product descriptions. For a copy of any manufacturer warranty please contact our customer service department.
We are unable to guarantee the life and performance of products: when used for off-road, racing or other sporting activities, if modified or used in a way other than the manufacturer’s original intent or if a product is damaged as the result of an accident or due to failure of another part.
Custom Made and Special Orders: Custom Made and Special order items cannot be returned unless there is a defect in the product. Please call us if you have a problem with any custom made or special order product so we can assist you.
Books, CDs and DVDs: Books, CDs and DVDs can be returned up to 1 year if they are in their new unopened package and are still sold by WildSide. Opened items cannot be returned.
Electronics: Please call before you return any electronic item to verify. Once opened, electronics are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. If you have lost your warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly for a copy.
The WildSide Guarantee does not cover miscellaneous expenses including labor costs for removal and installation of a defective part, materials, lost time or wages, towing, lift, dock or storage fees. WildSide shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages including without limitation, indirect or special damages as a result of product defects.
